Although the car was not picked up on the original day promised, it was not a problem since the driver was flexible. However, communication as to acutal pick-up was a little lacking, but again, it ultimately worked out. Communication was excellent at delivery so we were able to plan ahead. The shpping time was really good and that was exactly as promised. The car was exactly in the condition as shipped. No problems there. I would use this company again because Elizabeth was very responsive to us.
