Overall, the experience was quite good. Our only complaint has nothing to do with Car Transporters, Inc, but with the transport company chosen to ship the car cross-country. While they were polite, and delivered the car on time, they refused to deliver it to the agreed delivery site, and instead insisted it be delivered to the parking lot of a local Wal Mart. This was not a major inconvenience.

Sorry about them not being able to deliver to your door, some neighborhoods were just not made for a huge truck. TTYL!
