Felicia Bond was very efficient and personable. She communicated with me about the process of having our vehicles picked up and delivered. The cars were picked up on time as promised. There was a delay in getting our vehicles because the truck broke down on the way. So, instead of 8 days, it took 12 days to get from Florida to California. But Felicia made sure to be in contact with me and kept me updated and posted of the new delivery date. I would definitely recommend using The Car Transporters. Of course, as expected, our cars were dirty, as they were on an open carrier. There is also some minor damage on the hood of my vehicle but I am dealing with the car carrier and his insurance to resolve that issue. We shopped around and the price was comparable or less than some other companies. Again, I really enjoyed working with Felicia, she made the process less stressful in every way.
