First off, I made a few mistakes myself, but that doesn't mean that the driver wasn't a complete jerk. First, the driver said he would pick up the car on time if I paid 200$ more. I said fine, though I was not happy about it. When they picked up my car and after they put it on the truck they gave me this "contract" that had $1300, 50$ more than they originally said (mistake number 1, I should have noticed it earlier, whatever 50$ out of 1500 is a drop in the bucket). I move, they call me to say the car is arriving the next day. I just moved so obviously I don't know the area, and I look for an ATM near by, I take out half the money. The next day I go to the ATM to take out the rest, and the ATM says im over my limit for atm withdrawals (still have the money in the bank). The bank isn't open yet, so I look at the contract, and in the back it says "checks that are returned cost 35$ more", so I assume this means checks are taken (why else mention it?). When the driver gets there with the car I tell him i have all but 200$ in cash, and I start to write a check. He asks his boss, who says no, and then on the phone yells at me that " I had plenty of time to get the money". So im like, fine, take me the bank which is 2 miles away and i'll get the cash no problem. But thats too much for him to do, so he tells me he's taking the car to storage 2 hours away. So I have to convince him that, really, you'd rather drive 2 hours with the car than drive 2 miles to a bank and get the money? Finally after pleading he agrees to let his driver take me to the bank. 10 minutes later, they have the money I have my car, but the guy was a total asshole. I should have probably called the car transporters to deal with them, but i was in a random parking lot with this jerk yelling at me on the phone, and his driver unable to make a decision on his own. By the way, my coworkers are doing the same move this month, and some will need their car transported....too bad that one jerk lost this company their business, because everyone else was nice.

Nitzan ~ Thank you for the feedback. I am glad that the experience with me was positive. I agree with what you said about the carrier, and measures have been taken due to this situation!! You were right, you definitely should have called me, I am your guide and it is my responsibility to make sure things like this don’t happen . . . but I can’t prevent things like this if I don’t know about it until after the fact.
