I chose Car Transporters after researching companies online and reading various review comments. I had not shipped a car across the U.S. before and I was a little nervous about using this method. Customers had very positive things to say about Car Transporters, so I called their number. Greg was the sales representative assisting me, and he did an outstanding job of not only explaining the process, but providing a very reasonable quote without pressuring me to 'buy.' After checking with a couple of other companies, I felt the Car Transporters quote was fair, and they seemed interested in ensuring I had a successful shipment process. Greg stayed with me throughout the process, and the delivery 3000 miles away occured a day early and without issues. We even used the backseat and trunk of the vehicle to ship some non-essential family items (strollers, carseats, clothes) that we would need at the new location, as well as items left in the armrests/glove box. Nothing was missing or disturbed the entire trip and everything arrived safely and without damage on the far end. I would definitely use this service again in the future.
