The Car Transporter contact person was very honest, knowledgeable with the overall experience of car transport and uncertain timelines. She was promising at first and commited to working hard at getting my car transported by keeping me updated with providing her personal cell phone, but I had to call frequently for updates. My car was picked as soon as I suggested a change of pick-up location and contact person informed me of confirmed date of pick-up. She also texted me during the waiting period and asked for my experience at drop-off. Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service I received.
