I was contacted promptly via e-mail with a very reasonable price quote to ship my car from Alabama to Virginia. Mr. Saucke followed up by phone, explained the process in great detail, assured me it could be done in a timely manner, and promised me he'd be available to answer any questions throughout the process.
True to his word, Mr. Saucke called as soon as a driver had been assigned to carry the car. He called back to make sure the pick-up went smoothly. He called to find out when the delivery was scheduled and asked how delivery went. Finally, he called to thank me for my patronage.
The whole process went so quickly that I didn't have time to worry. I was very comfortable with it thanks to Greg Saucke.
