Placed my order 4/19/11. No need for you to waste anymore of my time. I have been calling and leaving messages for days now and no one has returned my call. I spoke to Preet on Wed. and was told he was trying to get a hold of the "fictious driver" for a time to pick up my car TODAY, May 21st as I was leaving tomorrow May 22nd. You have lied to me and have been very deceitful and unprofessional. No driver as of today, May 22nd has been assigned for my pickup. I had another company check the board and have been informed it has NOT been assigned. I have cancelled my deposit with this company as of today and it is now in the hands of my bank. Will never recommend this company!!!

This review is completely" fictitious" we have found a driver for this customer and called the customer multiple times and it was within the time frame we promised her. the only reason she is upset is she let another company pick up her car and we will not refund her deposit due to a dry run fee. when we get charged by the driver because they go out of there way to pick up a vehicle for us and a customer releases it to another driver we get charged a fee from that driver.
