Preet was friendly, responsive, and professional. He actually secured me a trucking company while we were on the line, and we weren't dawdling or making small talk! Preet helped me think through the need to rent a car on one side of the country or the other, and I made the decision to ship early to avoid a car rental at my destination. It worked. In short, if you're going to ship a car through a broker, you couldn't ask for more.
