overall average, but the delivery driver wasn't that great

The overall service is on average. Sean from the Auto Transport Group is very responsible and replied my email and phone call promply. The car was picked and shipped from Virginia to Seattle within one week which is quite impressive.

But I wasn't very satisfied at all with the driver. We had some unpleasant fight on the phone on how the car should be delivered to my home. According to the contract agreement, my car is supposed to be delivered to my home since it's a door-to-door service. The driver originally asked me to drive myself to another place to pick up the car which is quite far away from my home. I insisted that the driver should deliver the car to my house.

3 days later the driver called me again and gave me two options to pick up the car. The first option is that driver drive my car to my house(so I will be exposed myself to the car accident liability), or he come to my house to pick me up then go to his place to pick up my car. I insisted that they should use truck to deliver my car and I said I can wait till they have the truck available. The driver start to thretened me that he is going to charge me storage fee if I didn't pick the car starting from this day. Finanly I chose the first option. My car safely arrived at home.
