Absolutely no communication from company, never picked up vehicle

I've had a horrible experience with the Auto Transport Group and will never recommend them. I paid a deposit on 10/29 and never heard from them again until I started calling to ask when the vehicle would be picked up.

Anthony (who I believe is the owner of the Auto Transport Group in Florida) told me no less than 5 times that he will call me back. "I'll call you by 5pm today." "I'll call you first thing in the morning." "I'm on it! I'll call you on Monday at the latest." Not once did Anthony ever call me. To this day, I have yet to hear from him unless I call him.

The long and the short of it is that the Auto Transport Group quoted me a rate, got my business and then never picked up my vehicle or communicated with me.

Like the review from Cade below, Anthony provided horrible service - no service at all, in fact.

Avoid the Auto Transport Group at all costs. This was a gigantic waste of time. I needed my vehicle weeks ago and now I have to go elsewhere and start this process again.

Don't be afraid to pay a bit more and work with a company that will get the job done. The Auto Transport Group apparently isn't in the business of transporting vehicles.

UPDATE!

Within an hour of posting this review, Anthony at the Auto Transport Group claimed that I was not a customer and the review was temporarily removed. I provided my invoice and deposit details and the review was reposted.

An hour later, Anthony made his first ever phone call to me. He canceled the order and charged my credit card a $100 cancellation fee.

The Auto Transport Group is unbelievable - don't make the same mistake I did!

we are sorry that you car was delayed for pick up the problem was location Montana is not a heavily traveled area by drivers especially in the middle of a national forest. we were still in window for the customer and then they decided to cancel. we are sorry this did not work out for you and would like to provide this customer with a credit for a future move
