My pick up was scheduled for3pm the driver was late. However, representative followed up with me continuously. Upon the driver arrival he apologized for the lateness.

Due to the late arrival the driver drove over 700 miles & dropped my vehicle off at the final destination in VA the following evening. I assumed the driver over charged my son; I was EXTREMELY upset with personnel. I was a mother that was defending her children. I must honestly say I felt sorry for the representative that received my 10:30pm call. She was unbelievable her voice was monotone; she remained calm during the whole process of me yelling at her. When “I” decided it was her turn to speak she apologized for the misunderstanding & informed me we will work through this together. I was still upset I informed here I was going to cancel my credit card etc. Ms. Surina stated for me to call my credit card carrier & confirm the actual charge on my account.

Wow! I was totally wrong the boys owed the amount the driver stated. I’ve NEVER experience a representative that was SO professional After my repeated apologies she even called me back to confirm that I was ok. I HIGHLY recommend The Auto Transport Group for your vehicle transport needs.
