I had another transport company who charged me more, sit on my money, not return calls, and after a week had not even started looking for a driver, etc. etc. They were horrible. Teddy called me after seeing my car listed on the board for drivers and had a truck lined up in a day! The car was delivered ahead of schedule (which was great for me) and for less money than I anticipated. Make sure to ask what the broker fee is when you do a transport. The other company was offering less to the driver (so it was less likely to get picked up) even though I was paying a higher fee with them. The car was covered with bugs, but it was an open carrier. What can I expect. I would use them again in a heart beat.
