I requested service around a month in advance and was given a 5 day lead time for pick-up (KY to WA). The car was picked up the day following the first available date. It was dropped off at destination two days earlier than expected. Overall I was very happy with the broker and the driver. They allowed me to change my pickup location to less than 5 miles away on short notice which I greatly appreciated, as i was moving cross country and could not be with the car myself. Everyone was very communicative and answered my questions quickly. It was my first time scheduling my car to be shipped and they made it easy. Highly recommend.
