This is the third time I have used Tempus. I have received outstanding service each time (that is why I keep coming back). Their customer service reps are courteous and they respond promptly to phone and email inquiries. The drivers are prompt and have always delivered on time. Highly recommended. The most recent driver got caught up in Seattle traffic, which caused a several hour delay longer than anticipated, but if you've ever been through Seattle, you'll know that it is unpredictable, so I won't hold that against him. That said, the delivery was supposed to take 5 days and we received our car two days early, in spite of severe winter weather! The driver was friendly and courteous.
