Untrustworthy. Brokered through Sonic Auto. Declined initial offer of $1,400. Contract was awarded to SMG Transport for $1,000. Unknow to us SMG re-brokered or arranged for Tech Transport to pick up our vehicle with the Bill of Lading having Tech Transports name on it. Our agreement was for the $1,000 but now Tech Transport demanded $1,950 or they will keep the car. I got calls from SMG saying that they had our vehicle and wanted payment in advance of $1,950 or we would never see our car again. SMG showed me a photo of our car on a transporter that the owner of Transport admitted selling to SMG that was used to try to extort the money. In the end we had to drive 2 hours each way to another city, come up with $1,500 in cash to get our car back which had all my son's personal belongings in it. There is shady dealings going on and the selling of the photo of our car to someone confirms it. Stay away from both Tech Transport and SMG Transport.
