Referred to them by my moving company (United Van Lines). Received a reasonable quote so booked car shipping over a month ahead of time. Did not hear again until a week before. Did not know until that point that the balance was due as COD. They picked up on schedule. Car arrived a day before me so it had to be stored in their facility. No one told me where facility was so I showed up at address on bill. Car was on the other side of town and I had already spent $30 in car service trying to pick up the car. The dispatch guy was very understanding and he arranged for car to be delivered to me which I really appreciated.
