Overall an excellent, positive experience. The initial driver contact was questionable due to the driver's preference to not drive directly to the pickup location into our neighborhood, but this changed very quickly and he drove close to the neighborhood, to an area easily accessible. The driver and c-driver (wife) were very understanding and actually drove us back to the house in our car before loading it. They were very meticulous about loading to ensure no damage.
Once the driver arrived in the delivery area, he called several times providing deliver updates. He was delayed briefly, but continued to provide updates and delivered directly to the delivery address without issue. Very professional and considerate.
