This was our first time shipping our Van from Arizona to Massachusetts. The shipper sent a flat bed tow truck to pick our Van. Then, it was off for a 14 day transit to Massachusetts. We had constant updates from our Rep, Shannnon. We never felt out of the loop. Try it, you will like it. Tom and Ellen Kimbrel
