Bait & Switch with Hidden $200 Broker Fee

My review is based on Order #1508559 which was from Astoria NY to Wellington, FL. As usual, total bait and switch in terms of price. Lisa, the agent provided one lower quote to initiate the order and once the contract was signed, the erroneous $199 booking fee was revealed and added. cancellation of the order cost was $150 while they only refunded $49. Complete rip off and scam operation. Filed disputes with my card and also with the BBB. I have zero intention of paying this fee for horrendous and fraudulent service. In addition, the $200 broker fee was charged irrespective of vehicle pick up as my car was never physically picked up by any transport or carrier assigned by TMShipping but I was charged the broker fee the very next day. This is even against their own contract policy #5 which clearly states the opposite.
