The company was great in communication and keeping promices. The whole process was simple and smooth. They gave me instructions on how it's all done as I was shipping my car for the 1st time. There is a certain window on when the car would be picked up by a tow truck. My car car was picked up on the 3rd day and it arrived to my new home in Omaha in 7 days.
