The customer reported a damage to the vehicle 6 months after the delivery. BBB closed the case because there was no supporting documentation from the customer. The customer has not mentioned once what the damage is, where is the damage or how much is the repair for the damage...
In addition, the bill of lading on pick up is clean, the bill of lading from delivery is also clean. A follow up 6 moths after the delivery with a clean bill of lading and no additional information provided makes it very, very hard to do anything in order to assist the customer.
We would like to defend our company reputation by stating that this complaint does not align with the hundreds of other reviews every where on the web. Damages do occur during transit seldom, when they do, issues get addressed properly.
