I had another company lined up to take my car south from northern MI to Fl. They were to call me mid December. They not only did not call, when I called them, they were no longer in business! GONE! They cautioned me not to ask another company as the "board" was to all drivers, etc, etc... I tried writing and calling them and the number or email was no longer available. I called Synergy who had made me a bid of $750.00 in October when I was initially still looking for a company to haul my car. While they upped my price $100.00 they did arrive and managed my car beautifully. We did have to call for arrival times upon delivery as my contact had been told it would be in the morning to meet the driver. When no call came, we called them and found out they would arrive within the hour. It was a cause of concern for my contact as they took the day off from work to meet the driver and needed better communication on the approximate time as weather and deliveries must play into the best laid plans. Upon arrival the driver was polite and even drove my car into the parking place and was very professional to my contact. I will use them again and hopefully next time, I can get that lower price that they bid me initially. Matt as a contact person was honest and did everything he said he would. He fought for my price as the drivers wanted, $900.00. I paid instead, $850.00. So, having never done this before, I was impressed and will likely use them again knowing this company does what it says it will, when it says it will but hope they keep a better communication to the receiver as to an approximate time of arrival in the morning. Dana would have been fine with a later time, but NOT knowing was her issue. Hopefully, this review will help. I will use them again if need be. Thank You all that were involved. Good job! Kathleen
