Eric M. was to arrange for the Pick UP of a Dump Truck for us. It was clearly stated to him and put to him in writing that it was a C60 truck. When the driver arrived for the pick up point he could not haul the truck. He was told it was a pick up truck. I called Eric and told him I would get someone else to pick up the truck, that he failed to imform his driver what type of truck it was. He called me a "hillbilly", and absolutely went off with VULGAR obsenities. He has charged my account for the amount and will not reverse those charges. He threatened to charge "whatever" he wanted to my credit card and continued to curse me. Dealing with this bunch will cost me a great deal, I had to cancel my credit card, have the truck toad off the lot and pay storage for another group to pick it up.

Save yourself a big problem. Deal with someone else.
