Will never use them again! We are a credible financial institution. We were given a quote, and was told we would have our vehicle back latest 2nd week of January. After calling several times, they changed the time of delivery.
2nd issue... they hired a 3rd party to transport our vehicle and quoted them $1000 for deliver and upon delivery, we were to pay them directly.
Tried calling them over and over as the driver wanted to be paid, and went directly to voicemail. Had our vehicle not already been unloaded, the driver would not have let us have our vehicle.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Won't be using them again.
