Understanding that the auto transport business requires a “broker” company and a “carrier” company, my experience with Suncoast was great. They were very clear on how the process works and did not pretend to have control of the “carrier” company, but they ensured that all required communications with the carrier company was not my responsibility beyond the standard required pick-up and delivery communications. Fortunately the carrier company also did a good job with the pick-up and delivery schedule. Having been my third use of a broker company, Suncoast will be my recommendation going forward.
