Deceitful; Poor Customer Service; RUDE

I had to endure rude voice mails and text messaging from Simeon... obviously customer service was not included in his training.

My vehicle was NOT picked up on the scheduled pick up day. I had taken the day off and Suncoast did not even provide me the courtesy of calling to tell me the vehicle was not going to be picked up.

My receipt states I would pay a $250 deposit, but they charged me $300. Upon attempting to dispute this with the Better Business Bureau, they still would not own up to that and refused to credit back the $50.

They have a money back guarantee that states if your vehicle is not picked up as scheduled, the deposit will be refunded... yeah, they don't honor that guarantee, either.

This company is deceitful and dishonest. DO NOT do business with them.

In it they will state that they did everything correctly, were only concerned about the delivery of my vehicle, etc etc etc. It's basically going to be the same generic responses they provided during the BBB dispute. They will not accept that they handled my vehicle shipment incorrectly, or that they charged me more than the stated deposit, or that they said my vehicle would be picked up on a certain date and wasn't, or that they don't honor their money-back guarantee. You can find a more deserving company at a lower fare if you do some research.

This is COMPLETELY UNTRUE. This person 'attempted' to make disputes with the BBB and was not able to do so because everything she stated is completely inaccurate and we proved that. Her vehicle WAS picked up within the scheduled time period. It would have actually been picked up a little earlier if she would have answered her phone when the driver was trying to contact her. The driver made several attempts to contact her to be able to pick up the vehicle and our dispatcher Simeon also made many attempts to contact her so that her vehicle could be picked up on schedule. When she finally answered her phone she was very irate and completely out of line. We were only trying to do our job and make sure everything went as planned for her transport. She is complaining that her credit card was charged $50 more but she is failing to mention that she paid the driver $50 less, thus paying the exact amount she was suppose to pay. We most certainly do honor every last word in our agreement but this customers vehicle was picked up within the scheduled time. Her vehicle arrived in Hawaii on the exact day it was suppose to and we also saved her $200 on the transport to Hawaii by booking with our company but she failed to mention that as well. The only thing true in this complaint is that we will not accept that we handled this shipment wrong. We did everything we were suppose to do, the driver waited around for her until she finally picked up her phone so that he could pick up her vehicle, and we delivered her vehicle on time. In the rare event that a vehicle is not picked up on time, we have no problem refunding any moneys charged if the customer chooses to cancel. We have paperwork on this order that has times, dates,prices and her signature on it to prove that her accusations are not true. This is why the BBB would not let her pursue her complaints.
