Our car came early because they used two drivers who switched off the driving time. They were very polite and called many times to let us know where they were and how soon we could expect them. Because it was difficult to navigate our residential streets, they were very grateful and thanked me for meeting them at WalMart instead. Our car did not start, but they jumped it with their cables to help us out. (a door light must have been left on because the battery is holding a charge just fine now!)
