My dealings with Suncoast was very pleasant and professional. Neal Perkins was great to work with and he also returned my calls even when someone else was supposed to call me. When I got nervous about not knowing what was going on, he would take care of contacting the people who I needed to hear from. He called the dispatcher of the driver as they were not getting back to me and followed through to be sure I was taking care of. I would definitely use them again. The driver came late Friday night through a bad storm and handled the car really well putting it on the truck, making sure everything was secured and arrived at my daughter's apartment on the same day he told me he would. This was a very good experience.
