First the good - while not the lowest, their price was lower than the average quoted by 15 or so other companies. They were also GREAT about coordinating a very difficult pickup schedule and during the set up period almost always returned calls within 24 hrs, usually with 3-4 hrs. The car itself arrived totally undamaged and in good working order.
The mediocre - as soon as the car was picked up, contact with them became nonexistent. The individual who I originally arranged the transport with was still at least reasonable about returning calls, but his answer to everything was 'You need to talk to my dispatcher" who then never answered and never returned calls. The car arrived positively filthy, but that's what happens when driving a few thousand miles in an open carrier and it washed off quickly.
The bad - pickup was late by two days and delivery was late by another two days, which they were all too quick to blame on the carrier rather than taking responsibility as the ones who chose the carrier. I actually don't blame the carrier that much because they were pretty good about returning calls and made the arrangements to correct their lateness directly with me - I started relying directly on them rather than dealing with Suncoast.
Overall a decent experience, but very frustrating at times. I would use them again if they quoted a competitive price since they obviously arranged with a decent carrier, but I wouldn't seek them out and I wouldn't recommend them to family or friends unless really pressed for a name.
