Things I liked about the company
1. Early pickup and delivery
2. Flexible delivery conditions
3. Price was comparable $800 NJ to TX

Things I didn't like
1. The truck driver smoking in my vehicle while moving it (I am still trying to get the smell out of it and it's been a month)
2. The truck driver having the incorrect amount on his invoice stating $825 due on delivery instead of $800 he refused to release the vehicle to me unless I came up with the $25...even after showing him the invoice on my phone.
3. The very short notice I was given on the pick up of the vehicle and the drop off of the vehicle. This seems to be an on going issue with the majority of the shipping companies.

Overall I did not have any issues with Albert, he was available by email and phone. I would definitely reconsider this particular driver they have contracted out because he was inappropriate and rushing me to come get the vehicle with such short notice and I needed a ride to pick up the vehicle because he couldn't come any closer to my location. Most def isn't door to door service.
