Worst Experience Ever!!!

These people do not know what they are doing...I am so glad they screwed up before I had any chances of giving them any money!!....
So I spoke to Julian...which was my main point of contact for the so called "company"....I explained I was moving to a different military base and didn't have the pick up address or date on that day...he said it was okay but he was going to make up an order for me anyway to secure the date for me which I was more than okay with...this is where the problem begins...about a week later I contacted the company to give them the pick up address and to make the payment for the deposit... a female dispatcher picked up...I don't remember her name which goes to show you how rushed I felt off the phone....I asked to speak to Julian and she basically told me I didn't need to speak to him because talking to her was just as good and she can do whatever I needed....deep down inside I felt wrong and asked for him again saying that since I started the order with him...I much rather speak to him...so that's when she caught attitude and was bothered by what I said that her reply was.." yeah well he's not here so what is is that you need!" I was in aww that a company would treat its customers like this....Hello...I've been working in customer service since I was 14 and that would not fly in any of the companies I've worked for...or maybe it was just that I was raised with respect (lol) sorry...had to throw that one out there. Anyway...when we finished our business...she said all I needed to do was sit and wait for a driver to contact me...I proceeded to explain to her that my phone was going to be disconnected and the only way to contact me was through email. And again...she said yeah..they'll contact you...even though I felt I was just being brushed off....a week went by and I got no word from them...I sent a couple emails to Julian that were not responded to...even though he didn't have an issue with emails when he was trying to get my business...I got an email from him almost daily asking me if I was still interested in sending my car before he placed the order for me....
Finally he contacted me two days after my car was supposed to be picked up...not to mention when I was already at my new move location....WITHOUT MY CAR!....luckily for me my sister lives where I just moved from and is able to keep an eye on the car until the company comes to move my car.
So he called me saying that he didn't pay attention to the emails because I had told him everything was taken care of???...really...I said that??...then he proceeded to say he had cancelled my order because I told him someone else was handling my order....again...Really????.....I explained that if he would of paid attention to my emails he would of read that my phone was being disconnected on this particular day....which by the way...coincidentally this happened to be the day he said he was calling and couldn't get through...gee...I wonder why.....he kept putting the blame on everything else...except for the company's lack of communication...just like the other review I read on here about the company...he tried to blame me for it....anyway...Julian said he will call me back to set something up....well...here I am still waiting a week for his call....so unprofessional its unbelievable!!
I would not recommend this company to ANYONE...

P.s.
when I first came to this site...I had to read something saying that the company is not allowed to write back to the reviews....well the last review I read about the company has the girl from the company that the review is talking about reply back to the customer trying to again...put the blame on the customer....
Point of advice...you want to be professional...take it from someone who from the looks of it has more customer service experience than you do....don't Ever argue with the customer....especially to try and justify why its the customers fault and not yours...seriously...I thought we were all adults here...or better yet...I thought this was a business with professional employees....from the looks of it anyone looking for a job should go apply there....you guys pick up anything from the streets to work there...so ghetto....and I was born and raised in the streets of New York....so I know ghetto...but even I know when to turn it off when its time to be professional!
And by the way....tell Julian not to bother calling us anymore and please tell him there is no need to start emailing us now either...
