I've had trouble shipping vehicles before, and the biggest recurring problem I've had is a lack of communication; this is NOT a problem with Joanne. She answers the phone 95% of the time, she'll call you right back if you leave a message, even AFTER you've paid her, and knows and communicates the status of what's going on honestly.

The driver was communicative as well, the vehicle showed up when it was supposed to and in great shape.

If I need to ship a vehicle again, I will be calling Joanne at Streamline.
