This was my fisrt time buying a car on ebay. The seller of the car had arranged transport with a company he had contacted. Thier service was awful! Two weeks later, no car, and not an honest answer from them, I paid the cancellation fee and fired them.

I used an auto transport site to solicit bids from 10 carriers. That's how I got to talking with Joanne at Superior Auto Transport. My experience from that point forward was very positive. They did indeed make my auto shipping a streamlined experience. I Contacted Joanne towards week end - she set up pickup and delivery for the upcoming Tuesday. The communication was great along the way. The car arrived early. What I also liked was that my car was the only vehicle on a single bed rollback.

They did not have the cheapest price, but I prefer to pay for service, deal with honest people, and have the peace of mind that my BMW 850 is in good hands! Thanks - Joanne
