Pickup was a difficult one to arrange; seller was hard to contact and location of car was not desirable due to difficulties getting there (toll bridges, residential areas). Joanna did a great job of trying to find a trucker and worked with me to make adjustments in transport request to get someone to pick up car. She is absolutely great to work with and I highly recommend her service!!
