Joanne was very helpful and pleasant, answered all of our questions. She was upfront with how long it could take. She gave us "latest" pick-up date and then worked very hard to find a carrier coming sooner. She did. Got back with us quickly by phone or email. We never felt like we were out there on our own. Never doubted that our vehicle would arrive. Not only was it picked up sooner than expected, it arrived a day early. The price of $1050 was very reasonable. Will recommend.
