I needed to transport a car form Kansas to Arizona. I had never used a transport service and really had no idea where to start. I received emails from many companies. It was overwhelming. I first sifted through costs. Stateway was one of the more reasonable companies. I then contacted the 4 or 5 I had chosen.

Some representatives were helpful, some not as much. Susie spent the time with me and explained exactly how the process worked. I told her I was concerned, as I had heard horror stories form people who had had bad experiences shipping their vehicles. She assured me several times the process would be easy and the car would be delivered on time and without incident. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. She gave me an approximate pick up date, and that a driver would be calling me prior to pick up.

The driver did call and was here at the appointed time. He inspected the car before it was loaded.He was also very courteous. Susie contacted me to make sure everything had gone well.

He contacted my daughter and the vehicle was delivered to her in perfect condition.

I am completely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have a vehicle transported safely and in a timely fashion.
