My initial experience wasn't too good. Dealing with Mike was a real nightmare, but thanks to Suzanne, my experience turned out to be real good. I had actually canceled my order due to no response from Mike. But after talking with Suzanne, I got excellent service. My vehicle was actually picked up early and delivered early (only draw back to that is that is was picked up at night & delivered at night, which kind of made the inspections of no real use. The early pick up was no fault of Stateway, and I cannot count that as a negative.) But at any rate, Suzanne was responsive to my complaint, made everything good and for that, I was and am grateful. As long as people like her is involved in this company, I believe that I could do business with them again. She kept me informed, gave me the driver's name and phone #. The driver (Bakho Express) was courteous and respectful; he kept in contact with me over the course of the trip and was a real professional. The driver let me know in advance that he could accept cash, or a bank/cashiers check or money order. Stateway charged my CC only after I received the car. Thanks Suzanne for making this a pleasant experience for me.
