Being somewhat nervous about shipping a brand new GMC Acadia half way across the country, this was not my first choice. There were other carriers that I had actually contracted from word of mouth referral. Upon using one of them, I found the "Top Choice" carrier to be rude, and ineffective. Their customer service hung up on me FIVE TIMES, because they were busy. I cancelled the contract, and went with Stateway, after over a week of waiting for a pickup that was scheduled to be only 3 days. I am so glad I did. I got next day pickup and delivery in less time than I could have made the trip myself. The vehicle was in pristine NEW condition on arrival, and they even accommodated communication, scheduling and My Daughter's school location for delivery. There was only one small snag, as the driver missed a turn and ended up in a different development by accident. Understandable, as this area has "knock off" neighborhoods to boost the sales of their homes. Even the road names are incredibly similar, so no harm done.One call and all was fixed and still ahead of schedule. All things considered, this was far better than the Two highest ranked services, by far. I would definitely reccomend this company to anyone wanting a great price/value, prompt and courteous service and quick safe delivery.
