This company was a pleasure to work with; my Father passed away and My Mother does not drive; she is elderly and lives on the East coast, I being the only child live on the west coast; It required a company with an understanding of going the extra mile when it came to scheduling the pick up; Jessica was great in doing just that. John, the driver was very friendly and courteous when delivering the vehicle. The car arrived one day earlier than estimated and I struck up a conversation with the delivery driver; He was friendly and made me feel that I had chosen the correct company when I chose Stateway to get my Fathers car out to California with no damage. Jessica from day one provided me the information to be able to research the validity of all the offers from many companies I was contacted by. I was able to discover which ones had insurance and which ones did not based on the link I was provided.
John the driver told me that after he delivered my car he was on his way to Oakland to pick up two cars from two players of the Oakland A's baseball team. If major league players trust this transport then I was reassured that I had chosen correctly.
