Definitely a 5! My wife searched for this specific car, a 2012 MINI Cooper Roadster, for months. Found it in Tucson but we live in CO. I searched the internet and got quotes from several transport companies. Stateway was tops from the very beginning. George at Stateway was exceptionally helpful by explaining everything to me since I am a newby when it comes to transporting vehicles. He took the time to explain everything fully. And, the price was the best I found! Totally pleased. I even called several times after my first call to inquire about further questions I had. George always answered the phone and was always cheerful and helpful. Great company! Great employees!

The transport driver, KC, was also very exceptional. He called me to give me updates along the way. I was notified when the vehicle was picked up, what the estimated delivery date and time was, and provided updates along the way. Very pleased. KC was friendly and even had the vehicle unloaded ready to go for us when we arrived at the pickup location I requested. We didn't have to wait for him to unload. KC was in process of loading the other vehicles that he had to unload to get to mine when I arrived. He immediately stopped what he was doing and attended to inspecting the vehicle with me. It's a used vehicle that I purchased and KC even pointed out some existing dings that I missed on my inspection. Very thorough, great job KC! Thanks KC for thinking of my time! Awesome!

Great company, great price, great service! I will always use you guys for any future transports. I now feel comfortable in the whole process of transporting a vehicle from afar so my vehicle buying options have now gone country wide!
