I rarely write reviews but sending a car cross country with a company you know little about is a bit unnerving. I sent a car out to California a year ago with a company that was fair and was expecting a similar experience to have the car returned. Stateway helped me negotiate a rate based on national averages thatbwas less than the rate a year prior. They coordinated a driver in under an hour. The pick up would have been earlier except for our work schedules and they worked with us to coordinate a convenient time. They were at the designated pick-up spot early and then delivered the car in Maryland 2 days earlier than expected. Since they were early, they agreed to an alternative drop off that was more convenient for both the driver and me. Communication via email and with the dispatcher was excellent. She promised to contact me 30 min prior to drop off ... And did at 6AM!! It is hard to know who to trust in this business but Stateway was honorable and efficient. Unlike the other company, Stateway did not off me money off my invoice to submit this review!
