DO NOT SHIP WITH STATEWAY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & LIE AFTER LIE!

My vehicle was never picked up or shipped. I contracted with Rachel at Stateway to have a vehicle I purchased picked up on December 29, 2014. I was assured by Rachel that the time would be no more than 4-5 days. This time passed, and I attempted to contact Rachel to see what was happening. I was not able to speak to a person, but had to leave messages and emails due to "extremely high call volume." I was contacted by Andy, the customer service manager. He assured me that the pickup was delayed because of the New Year Holiday, but would happen January 5th or 6th. These dates came and went, but still no pickup. Several calls were made, and I spoke to Andy a few times after leaving messages, but after 13 days the car was still not picked up. I had to return the vehicle to the seller. Do yourself a favor and find another company to ship your vehicle. You will not be able to speak to a person without leaving a message, and will receive one lie after another once you do get to someone. AVOID this company at all costs!
