Having never used a Transport Company before, I was concerned. I called Stateway Auto Transport and spoke with Rachel. She was very professional and answered all of my questions. My car was picked up a few days later by Shaun from Northeast Custom Carrier's. He was exceptional at keeping me informed of the status of my car and the delivery. Kim then followed up with a call to make sure that everything had worked out fine. I was extremely satisfied with the process.
