First time customer and was quite nervous whether car will get picked/delivered up on time without any damage. Got many quotes but Stateway Auto Transport Inc was most reasonable on cost front and Rachel was really very kind in explaining all my queries.
The driver was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. He was the same who came to pickup my car in NH and delivered in Chicago as well. I would like to appreciate Driver's honesty - by mistake I paid him $200 more than due payment and he prompty told me that and returned the balance amount to me. Definately, I would use him and this company again.
Thank you Stateway, your service was excellent, My car got picked up on time and got delivered on 7th days(although car delivery was delay by two days as per initial estimate but I used to get update from Driver on this) but no complaints!. Overall your service is excellent. Thank you soooo much!
