My phenomenal experience with Stateway Auto Transport

I initially worked with another transport company that changed the pick up and delivery dates twice for getting my son's car from Miami to Las Vegas; when the assigned driver contacted my son the day before he was supposed to pick up the vehicle, the dates had moved again and were no longer acceptable as my son was getting on an airplane that morning. I contacted Stateway and sensing my urgency and panic, Adam immediately set out to help me. He was upfront with me and set clear expectations (which the other transport company did not). He kept in constant contact as did Sara. Needless to say, my son's car was picked up that very same evening and was delivered in perfect condition a day early (and a week before the other company would have delivered the car)! If you want to deal with an honest company that doesn't say what they think you want to hear just to get the sale then use Stateway; they truly value the customer experience and I highly recommend them!
