I am a recent customer who would like to thank you for your excellent service.

I helped my mom get her car shipped from Ocala, Florida to Merrimack N.H. in the latter part of August 2013.

Probably similar to the majority of people out there, I had never had a car shipped across country before, so the prospect of doing just that, was daunting. I searched the WEB and got many offers. I then went to a site, I don't remember the exact one, that rated companies such as yours and I read the reviews. After much deliberations, I chose your company. My choice was driven primarily by the fact that you had not only dispatchers but your own fleet of trucks. When I called your office I was taken care of by Rachel, who took care of everything for me and kept me in contact via email. I was also called a few days prior to pick-up to firm up the details.

I left the car with a car dealer who was kind enough to see that the car was loaded properly, so I was not actually present when the car was loaded. I chose to leave the car with a dealer so the driver would have an easier time getting in and out of the loading area.

I was not there to take delivery of the vehicle, as it went to another state across the country, but my sister was; she said all had gone very smooth, that she received the care with no problems what-so-ever. The price remained the same as quoted with no hidden fees or surprises.

So, I just wanted to than you for your outstanding service, beginning to end, a true rarity now-a-days. For me the entire experience was one of: 'A great service for a great price'. - And no headaches to boot!!!
