Stateway Auto Transport took care of an electric VW Beetle (its a converted car) that I purchased from Denver, CO to Atlanta, GA.
There was a little bit of confusion initially with regards to the window for pickup and drop-off so had a few near misses with regards to scheduling. Susie (one of the lead managers) stepped in and made it right. There is always the potential for confusion with any company; how a company responds and behaves makes all the difference. Susie interacted professionally with me both by phone and by e-mail (I made sure to provide a good cell # and an e-mail that I checked). We were able to get the car picked up before the previous owner was leaving town and got it delivered within a good window once I had come back home to Atlanta from a trip. So it all worked out fine. Car was delivered in good shape with no issues. Would definitely use again for cross-country transport.
