I contacted Adam for transporting my corolla from central NJ to San Diego, and gave him 6 calendar days (Saturday to Thursday) or 4 business days as pickup window. Although they can not find a driver to pick up the car in that window, they were willing to give out 50 dollar to the driver so that the driver has the incentive to picked up on Friday.

Through the pick up window, I called/emailed them several times and Adam and Terry, especially Terry, called me back every time.

The delivery time was suprisingly fast. The online tracking system was a little busy not functional.

The initial quote was 1045. Adam took 20 dollar off, after I decided to place the order over the phone.
