Dear Linda, We would rate your company a five. The guys, Glen and Brian were very cordial and our son who received the car in Douglas, AZ said the same thing. So you get a high five from our family. However, the reason I chose your company, was because you sold me on the fact that you use your own carriers, which translated to me that one of your trucks with your name on the door was going to be there when we delivered our car to the truck stop where it was loaded. In other words, your advertisement said to me that you did it yourselves and didn't farm us out to some other carrier who may not do all that your company would. It would be nice to get an explanation of how this other carrier ended up doing the job. Thanks, Gene
